Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chillwise application (the “Service”), operated by Morten Kaltoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. The App

Chillwise provides AI-generated audio content based on user-provided topics and inputs. Content is generated dynamically and may vary in accuracy, completeness, or relevance.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the App require a paid subscription (“Subscription”).

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
• Billing is recurring and paid in advance (“Billing Cycle”)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings

Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

3. Refunds

By starting a Subscription, you consent to immediate access to digital content.

If you are located in the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days unless you begin using the App during that period.

Refunds are otherwise handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App generates content using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

• Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Content is provided for informational purposes only
• The App does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice

You should not rely on the App as a sole source of truth.

5. User Content

You may provide input (e.g., topics, prompts, messages) (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process it to generate content
• Store it to provide the App
• Improve functionality and performance

You are responsible for your User Content and agree that it:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material
• Does not include sensitive personal information you are not authorized to share

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI systems
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security
• Use automated systems to extract data
• Circumvent usage limits or safeguards

Violation may result in account termination.

7. Accounts

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party providers for functionality, including AI processing, analytics, subscriptions, and infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions. Your use of the App may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time or delete your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated content

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• That content will meet your expectations

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
